Let them eat cake! We will be hosting a daytime sheet cake party where Chef Thu will be sculpting a wavy 6 ft long cake containing 5-6 flavors for everyone to experience and eat. nīn does not usually offer sheet cake, so it is your one and only time to experience ours. Each part of the cake will be a different flavor! It’s a party, so enjoy our cake over drinks and music. You'll also get to take home as many slices as you can fit in your box to go.

cupcake cookbook + book launch event $150
This cookbook will contain our buttercreams, cakes, and signature cupcake recipes. Learn how to make curds, pastry creams, and mochi, as most of our cupcakes are filled with all this good stuff. We will be hosting a cookbook launch party, where you can pick up your book, enjoy a cupcake and some refreshments.
